If you buy a Sidel product you have an exclusive guarantee and the tranquillity of low maintenance.
All Sidel products are designed and manufactured with the utmost attention to detail to ensure the highest quality. Each product is realized with the best raw materials and it is subject to a careful inspection process at every stage of production. In addition, thanks to the use of eco-friendly materials, all windows and doors are 100% natural and ecologic.
The warranties listed for painting apply only to wood and wood-aluminium windows and are valid only in case of periodical cleaning with the supplied kit

Wood 15 years
Our constant training, industry studies, attention to the best qualities of lumber and our long experience in the industry allow us to guarantee our windows over 15 years for all structural defects that compromise proper functioning.
Wood is inimitable for its characteristics; in fact, it is extremely durable, totally customizable, environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable.
Glass 10 years
Sidel windows and doors are equipped with accident-prevention glass (in accordance with UNI EN 7697), low-E glass with warm edge and argon gas, to achieve maximum performance in terms of energy saving.
Upon request, we provide special safety glass to increase thermal insulation, to control solar radiation. Every type of Sidel glass is guaranteed 10 years for any condensation inside the chamber. Furthermore, an automatic internal and external siliconizing system ensures its durability in terms of performance.
Hardware 15 years
The hardware used as standard is Maico’s multimatic hardware which has a tilt-and-turn opening system, perimeter sash closure for additional security, and anti-corrosion tricoat treatment guaranteed for 15 years.
Thanks to the tricoat treatment, window hardware mechanisms withstand even the most aggressive environmental conditions.
Painting 15 years
The use of water-based paints makes the product 100% eco-friendly and it also allows the wood to breathe, thus preventing cracking and/or peeling over time.
Thanks to the use of nanotechnology, which is used in the painting process, the external paint film is guaranteed more than 15 years. The warranty may increase if windows are cleaned frequently with the provided kit Zero Maintenance.
